Welcome to “Casa Jacemi,” a charming retreat nestled in the private and exclusive community of “Bajamar II,” located in the highly sought-after Parador area of Nerja. Just a 2-minute stroll from the house, you’ll find a convenient grocery store with a manual meat counter, a bakery offering freshly baked bread in the mornings, and an array of delightful restaurants.
“Bajamar II” features 30 well-maintained houses and apartments, surrounded by lush gardens and a pristine communal pool. The pool, just 20 meters from the house, invites you to take a refreshing swim or soak up the sun on the community’s relaxing terrace. Prefer more privacy? On the ground floor of “Casa Jacemi,” you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and toaster. Conveniently located next to the kitchen is a guest toilet.
The living room is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, a flat-screen TV offering a wide range of British, Spanish, French, and German channels, and a dining table that seats up to six. Large sliding glass doors lead directly to a private, enclosed, and beautifully paved garden area, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.
First Floor
The first floor of “Casa Jacemi” features two cozy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 180 cm double bed, a chest of drawers, and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom includes two single beds (90 cm each), a chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe as well. For added flexibility, an extra foldable bed is available if needed.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, sink, and a sleek shower, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Roof terrace
The second floor of “Casa Jacemi” boasts a stunning south-facing sun terrace, complete with a stylish lounge set and a convenient retractable awning. This private rooftop retreat is perfect for soaking up the sunshine or unwinding in comfort.
During the winter months (December–January), the terrace enjoys sunlight from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, making it the ideal spot to bask in the warm rays while savoring your morning coffee, afternoon tea, or a leisurely lunch. In fact, the rooftop terrace is the best place to enjoy the sun during the winter season, offering more light than the garden area.
In the summer, the retractable awning provides much-needed shade, creating a cool and relaxing escape after a day exploring Nerja. Whether it is winter warmth or summer shade, this sun terrace offers the perfect setting for every season.
